Cynanchum marnierianum
commonly known as "Bundle of Sticks" or "Dead Stick Plant," is a striking, leafless stem succulent native to the scrubby forests and dry plateaus of southern Madagascar. It belongs to the Apocynaceae family and is part of a group of about nine succulent Cynanchum species characterized by warty stems and minimal foliage. The plant's thin, rubbery, olive drab to brown stems are covered in irregular tubercles, giving it a distinctive, twig-like appearance that serves as effective camouflage against herbivores in its natural habitat, mimicking dead plant material to avoid predation.
Care:
Bright indirect light
light waterings (usually I bottom water it with a small bit of water in a bowl and under a grow light)
fertilize in the growing seasons twice (I use a 20-20-20 fertilizer in a gallon water) to water all of the plants)
